Can I take Vitamin C with Aspirin?
Short studies in healthy people suggest that repeated higher-dose aspirin can affect gastric or measured vitamin C status, and vitamin C changed some gastric or duodenal injury measures. These findings support considering adequate intake in people with poor intake or repeated higher-dose exposure. They do not establish clinical vitamin C deficiency, routine testing, megadose treatment, or prevention of major bleeding or ulcers.
Scope: Evidence is short-term and mostly higher-dose aspirin. It does not establish a vitamin C requirement for all 81 mg or 100 mg aspirin users.

Can I take Vitamin C with Levothyroxine?
Vitamin C may improve thyroid-hormone levels in some people whose oral levothyroxine is poorly absorbed, particularly with gastric problems. The evidence is small and does not establish a routine benefit for everyone. Do not add high-dose vitamin C to change thyroid treatment without your prescriber’s guidance.
Scope: Oral vitamin C with oral levothyroxine in selected patients with poor control or high dose requirements. Findings do not establish a benefit for all treated patients, every vitamin-C formulation or intravenous vitamin C.

Can I take Vitamin C with Methamphetamine?
The evidence does not establish that vitamin C must be separated from methamphetamine by one hour. The medication label warns that acidifying agents such as ascorbic acid can lower drug levels, so review regular supplement use with your pharmacist rather than changing doses yourself.
Scope: Oral ascorbic acid supplements; buffered vitamin C salts, usual food intake and other acidifying agents are not assumed equivalent.
