September 10, 2026: supplement guide presentation

Corrected imported table headings and scientific notation, including probiotic dose exponents. Restored complete captured bibliography text where an earlier import had truncated it. Captions, footnotes, and the order of paragraphs and tables now follow the captured source.

Guides use clearer headings and reader-focused organization. The creatine guide now presents all three dosing options with their durations and includes two summaries checked against original study abstracts. These changes do not represent a new source capture or independent clinical sign-off.

What a correction records

A material correction identifies the affected page, the change, and its date. If an answer is withdrawn or replaced, its old reference should lead to an explanation and a useful current destination.

Source changes and page changes

An agency may update a notice after our source capture. An updated source, a corrected transcription, and an independent clinical review are different events and are labeled separately.
