Platelet tests are not the same as bleeding
A trial of purified anthocyanins from bilberry and blackcurrant found dose-related changes in platelet tests. It did not find significant differences in coagulation measures or adverse events. Platelet-affecting medicines were excluded, so this was not a dipyridamole interaction study.
