What the evidence shows
A small study of turmeric alone and with aspirin found no clinically relevant overall added platelet or coagulation effect. It did not test ticagrelor or rule out uncommon bleeding.

Ticagrelor reduces platelet activity and can cause serious bleeding. The label also warns that stopping it increases cardiovascular risk, including stent-related harm in relevant patients.
