Check exposure and fluid status
Cone berries, tinctures, other extracts and essential oils have different compositions. Chlorthalidone itself can cause excess diuresis, so a urinary product warrants review, especially in someone already dizzy or dehydrated.

Tell the treating team about new urinary or weight-loss products, dizziness, faintness, marked thirst or reduced fluid intake. Chlorthalidone can itself cause excess fluid loss and kidney problems.
