Two medicines can add similar effects

Both dicyclomine and scopolamine block muscarinic signaling. Their labels warn about combinations with other anticholinergic agents, including increased confusion, constipation, urinary difficulty and other adverse effects.

Confirm which hyoscine product you mean

The source inspected here concerns a scopolamine skin patch. Hyoscine butylbromide is a different ingredient and should not be silently substituted. A generic name in the supplement list does not establish the route or dose you are actually using.
